Tower Products, Inc., is a company that continues to give me good service. I am a customer of Tower since 1990 and would not think of going elsewhere for my specialized needs. Knowing that I can place an order with time restrictions has been a valuable comfort to me. I first met Jim Michelson, President of Tower, in 1990 at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. I was the program coordinator for executive training programs and as a part of our programs, we provided shirts, book bags and portfolios, among other items, for doctors, hospital administrators and nurses. The personal service that I received from Jim/Tower was exceptional. A deadline was always met and all goods were of top quality and monogrammed perfectly.
After retiring from UMKC, I became active in a company in which I had ownership, Vision Data Solutions, Inc. Again, I was in a position to place substantial orders of expensive shirts for our staff and students. This time my audience was made up of software engineers, teachers and clients. And this time, it was my own money that I was spending. With each order, I was comfortable that Jim had sold me top-quality merchandise and that the company logo would be well represented on the piece.
